In addition to your involvement in the revamping process, my role also includes:

  1. Collaborating with the product manager to create the Product Requirements Document (PRD), outlining the goals, features, and specifications of the revamped app.P
  2. Assisting in establishing design guidelines, including spacing and padding, to ensure consistency and cohesiveness throughout the app.
  3. Defining the visual hierarchy and layout guidelines to optimize user experience and ensure clear and intuitive navigation.
  4. Conducting research on industry best practices and trends to inform the design guidelines and ensure the app meets current design standards.
  5. Collaborating with the development team to ensure the design guidelines are implemented accurately and consistently.
  6. Working closely with the product manager and other stakeholders to ensure that the PRD and design guidelines align with the overall product vision and goals.
  7. Creating interactive prototypes to showcase the user flow and functionality of the revamped app.
  8. Conducting usability testing sessions with potential users to gather feedback and validate the effectiveness of the prototypes.
  9. Collaborating with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of the proposed design changes.
  10. Presenting and communicating the prototypes to stakeholders, including the product manager, design team, and development team, to gather feedback and align on the design direction.
  11. Documenting and maintaining a library of prototypes for reference and future use in the design and development process.
  12. Assisting in the user interface (UI) design process, providing insights and recommendations based on the prototypes created.
